    2024 3rd Semester Beginner Level Admission Greetings from the Korean Cultural Centre India!   We are happy to announce admissions for the Beginner Level Korean Language Classes for the 3rd Semester of 2024.  Please read the guidelines and the rules and regulations very carefully.    Registration period: 02nd September 2024 (Monday), 9:30 a.m. to 05th September 2024 (Thursday), 11:00 a.m. (Link will remain open during this period only.) - Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis on Google Forms at  https://forms.gle/7Jy617R14LbqjQh87  - The form shall REMAIN OPEN until the end of the registration period. Please select your batch carefully in the form. - SUBMISSION OF THE FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION.   Number of seats in each batch: 25    Batch: * Mon. and Wed. (Weekday batch) OFFLINE  * Tue. & Thu. (Weekday batch) OFFLINE    Fees Payment: Payment and Bank details shall be sent to successful applicants via email. Guidelines for Beginner Batch Admission - Semester Duration: 17th September 2024 – 21st December 2024 (14 weeks) - Mode of instruction: Offline Mode (Weekday Batches only) - Fee Structure: Tuition fees: 8,000 INR (Payment mode to be shared with successful candidates) + Book Fees: 1,000 INR. Class Timings: Weekdays Batches: -  Mon. and Wed. (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) -  Tue. and Thu. (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) Eligibility: Must be a 12th pass out.   Documents to be prepared before Online application:  * Current passport-size photograph in .jpeg format under 200kb. * Address proof in .pdf format (Voter ID card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License) under 500kb. * 12th Passing Marksheet in .pdf format under 500kb. * Signature of applicant in .jpg format under 100kb. *The disadvantage of uploading any wrong contact number or email address will fall on the applicant. * Those who upload duplicate application, their application will be considered canceled. * Please note that the Beginner Level is also known as ‘Sejong Korean Level 1A’.   Rules and Regulations 1. Fee Refunds will not be granted. (Fees are refundable only if the classes are canceled due to unavoidable circumstances.) 2. Certificates will be provided ONLY AS A SOFT COPY. Hard copies will not be provided. 3. Communication/bridge language will be English only during class time.  4. No backup class will be provided in case of absence. 5. Semester schedules cannot be changed at the students' convenience during the course. 6. Exams will be held on a fixed date and time. 7. Scholarships will be provided to the students as per the rules. This scholarship is only applicable to tuition fees. 8. Showing disrespect of any kind to the teachers or KCCI staff will result in expulsion from the Institute. 9. Students will have to pay a fine if they damage any property of the Korean Cultural Centre India. The fine will depend on the amount of damage. 10. On KCCI Holidays, KCCI will be closed, and no classes or club activities will be held. 11. Students must abide by the general discipline of KCCI, subject to change from time to time. 12.
