to organize the K-Pop Contest 2018 India Grand Finale

4. Overview
< The Contest >
‘K(korean)-Pop Contest Grand Finale’ is our annual contest that is organized nationwide. It is broken into three segments, an online round, where Indian performers submit their song and dance videos for selection.
It then leads to a live regional round in different cities across India, finally culminating in a Grand Finale where the finalists of the regional round compete for nomination to participate in the ‘K-Pop World Festival’ in South Korea, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Korean Broadcasting System.
South Korean K-Pop groups are invited as judges for the Grand Finale, who also perform at the event, drawing a large audience of Indian K-Pop fans each year.
This event is not for profit, and is organized by the Korean Cultural Centre India, Embassy of the Republic of South Korea; hence the entry for audiences has always been kept free of charge.
For two consecutive years, India has produced winners in the Grand Finale who have gone on to win 3rd and 2nd prizes in South Korea's world stage.
It is our aim to make the contest bigger this year, producing yet another winner for the world stage.

- Event Quotation based on elements mentioned in attached cost sheet (preferably within INR 20 lacs)
