2. Employment Contract, Salary, and Benefits

Fixed-term employee (1-year contract). Conversion to an indefinite contract may be considered if employment exceeds one year.

Probation Period

Employment confirmation will be determined based on the evaluation during the 3-month probation period.

Working Hours

40 hours per week (8 hours per day), MondayFriday.

Working hours: 09:0018:00

Break time: 12:3013:30

Salary and Benefits

Base Salary

INR 35,000 per month

Additional Allowance

Overtime allowance will be paid according to overtime work performance.

Bonus

If eligibility requirements are met, 100% of the monthly base salary, paid twice per year.

Severance Pay

Paid upon resignation if the legal requirements are satisfied.

Remarks

Other support is provided according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s “Detailed Guidelines for the Recruitment and Management of Administrative Staff at Korean Cultural Centers.” Detailed information will be separately notified to the selected candidate.


※ If the applicant fails to obtain a valid residence status in the host country due to government policies or other reasons, the employment contract will be automatically terminated.

 

3. Eligibility Requirements

- Must be an Indian national who does not fall under disqualification criteria for employment in government institutions under the laws of India and Korea.

- Applicants with dual nationality by birth must have declared their nationality choice within the legally required period.

- Must have no disqualifications under appointment regulations and be eligible to stay in the host country.

- Must demonstrate good conduct, strong responsibility, and a proactive attitude toward public service duties.

ㅇ Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

ㅇ Academic background or experience in culture, arts, or performance-related fields.

ㅇ Work experience in government agencies, diplomatic missions, or culture- and arts-related institutions.

6. Evaluation Standard

 

○ 1st Stage: Document Review

- Qualifications Eligibility Screening

- Evaluation Factors and Scoring (Total: 100 points)

· Personal Statement (20 points)

· Job Performance Plan (30 points)

· Relevant Education & Work Experience (30 points)

· Relevant Certificates/Licenses (10 points)

· Language Proficiency Test Score (10 points)

※ Scored based on 5 grading levels: Very Good, Good, Average, Poor, Very Poor

- Tie-Breaking Criteria: In the event of a tie in the document review total score, all tied candidates will be selected (passed).

- Number of Candidates Selected: 5 times the number of openings (May exceed 5 times if ties occur)

 

○ 2nd Stage: Interview (Online/Video Interview)

- Evaluation Factors and Scoring (Total: 100 points)

· Professionalism as an administrative staff (20 points)

· Specialized knowledge and application ability (20 points)

· Accuracy and logic of communication (20 points)

· Creativity, motivation, and attitude (20 points)

· Language proficiency (20 points)

※ Scores are assigned based on 3 grading levels (High, Medium, Low).

- Criteria for Determining Successful Candidates: Final selection will be determined in order of the highest total score, which is the sum of the scores assigned to each evaluation factor.

- Tie-Breaking Criteria: In the event of a tie in the total interview score, priority will be given to candidates with higher scores in order of ① Specialized knowledge and application ability, ② Professionalism as an administrative staff, ③ Creativity, motivation, and attitude.

- Number of Candidates Selected: 3 times the number of openings

 

7. Recruitment Schedule

 

○ 1st Stage (Document Screening) - Result announcement: July 2026 (tentative, individual notification)

○ 2nd Stage (Interview) - Result announcement: July 2026 (tentative, individual notification)

○ Final successful candidates will be required to submit additional documents (including background check documents).

○ Final employment will be confirmed after verification of disqualification and background check results.

 

8. Important Notes

 

○ The recruitment schedule and starting date may change depending on circumstances.

○ Applicants will be notified individually regarding the results of each stage.

○ If any information in the application documents is false or if disqualifying factors are found in background checks, the employment may be cancelled even after the acceptance notice.

○ Applicants are responsible for errors, omissions, or incomplete submissions in their application documents.

○ Final selected candidates must submit original documents immediately after starting work at the Cultural Center. If the selected candidate declines the offer or is disqualified, an alternate candidate may be selected within three months of the employment start date.

○ If no suitable candidate is found, the position may remain unfilled.
