With a hope to see many new faces in the 2nd Semester of 2021, we are announcing a new batch of Korean Language Class.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Application Duration: 29th May (Sat) 10:00am to 31stMay ‘2021 (Mon)11:59pm
2. Interview dates:
Weekend Batch – 5th and 6th June’2021 (Saturday and Sunday), 11:30 a.m. onwards
Weekdays Batch – 7th and 8th June’2021 (Monday and Tuesday), 9:00 a.m. onwards
3. Result Announcement: 10th June ‘2021 (Thursday) After3pm at KCCI homepage.
4. Fees Payment: 10th June ‘2021 (Thurs) to 14th June ‘2021(Mon).
5. Number of seats:
a) Weekdays: 60 students + 10 waiting list.
b) Weekends: 60 students + 10 waiting list.

*Waiting List candidate: In case any seat is available after the admission process will be completed, you will receive the phone call from KCCI office on 15th June ‘2021 (Tue) between 2pm~5pm and will be asked to deposit the fee.

*Final Decision of selection of candidates by KCCI will be final and no communication will be entertained for this.
*Recording of interview is strictly prohibited. If doing so, candidate will be barred from applying for Korean Language Course in future.
Guidelines for Online Beginner Batch Admission
Duration: 24th July 2021 – 26th December 2021 (23 weeks)
Mode of instruction: Online
(Please note that this semester is online only due to the corona virus situation. Next semester can be online/ offline depending on the situation. In the future, if the classes will be offline, online classes will be stopped completely).
Fee Structure: Course fees 15,000 INR (only NEFT payment mode).
Book Fees: 2,500 INR (Payment mode will be sent by email after selection).
Eligibility: Passed 12th Board in 2020 or before.

• Passport size photograph in jpeg format under 200kb
• Address proof in pdf format(Voter ID card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License) under 500kb.
• 12th Board Mark sheet in pdf format under 500kb.
• Signature of applicant in jpg format under 100kb.
• Disadvantage of uploading any wrong contact number or email address will fall on the applicant
• Those who upload duplicate application, their application will be considered cancelled.
3. Interview dates: Weekend Batch 5th June~ 6th June‘2021 (Sat~Sun), 11:30 a.m. onwards
Weekdays Batch 7th June ~ 8th June ‘2021 (Mon ~ Tue), 9:00 a.m. onwards
• Online interviews will be taken through Zoom platform.
• Applicants must have ZOOM app installed in their Mobile and Laptops for easier access. (Please download the ZOOM installation tutorial)
• Interview slots will be distributed through email only by2nd June‘2021(Wednesday) by 5:00pm.
• If anybody is late for the ZOOM interview according to their dedicated slot their application stands cancelled.
4. Result Announcement: 10th June‘2021 (Thursday) After03:00pm.

5. Course fees Payment:
• Course fees 15,000 INR.
• From 10th June ‘2021 (Thurs) to 14th June ‘2021(Mon).
• Only NEFT bank transfer mode is available for payment of course fees for this semester.

Rules and Regulations
1. Fee Refunds will not be granted
: Fees are refundable only if the classes are cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. In order to pass the level, following are the conditions
: Must appear in all the exams.
: 70% Average score of all the exams.
: 50% Minimum attendance.
3. Attendance Rules:
: Attendance will be counted for whole semester.
: 3 times late coming / early going will be considered as 1 absent.
4. Communication / bridge language will be English only during the class time. Lack of understanding of English will affect their understanding in the classes,
so good understanding of English language is mandatory.
5. No back up class will be provided in case of absence.
6. Semester schedules cannot be changed according to the students' convenience during the course.
7. Exams will be held on a fixed date and time.
8. Scholarships will be provided to the students as per the rules.
This scholarship is only for Tuition fee discount only.
9. Students will be considered for opportunities by their teachers on the basis of their behavior and their academic performance.
10. Showing disrespect of any kind to the teachers or KCCI staff will result in expulsion from the Institute.
11. Students will have to pay a fine if they damage any Korean Cultural Centre property. Fine amount will depend on amount of damage.
12. On KCCI Holidays, KCCI will be closed and no classes or club activities will be held. Please check the holiday list posted in front of the Library.
13. Students must abide with the General Discipline of KCCI which might be changed from time to time.
14. Rights of admission in KCC Premises are reserved with KCCI.
15. KCCI reserves the rights to change any terms & conditions based on operational reasons.
