We are happy to announce a new batch of beginner level Korean Language Classes for the 2nd semester of 2023, which shall be completely held in the offline mode.

Please read the guidelines and the rules and regulations very carefully.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Registration period: 22nd May 2023 (Monday), 9:30 a.m. to 4th June 2023 (Sunday), 11 a.m.

The application will be done based on the first come first serve basis through Google Forms at https://forms.gle/Awdw9Jk2YwuMCf2t7 . The link shall be activated at 9:30 a.m. on 22nd May 2023 and will be closed at 11 a.m. on 4th June 2023. The form shall REMAIN OPEN until the end of the registration period. Please select your batch carefully in the form.

Payment details shall be sent to successful applicants via email on 5th June 2023.

Guidelines for Beginner Batch Admission

· Semester Duration: 19th June  2023 – 16th September 2023 (13 weeks)

· Mode of instruction: Offline mode

· Fee Structure: Tuition fees 7,500 INR (only NEFT payment mode) + Book Fees: 1,300 INR (only NEFT payment mode).

· Bank details will be sent to the selected students only.

· Class Timings:

o Weekdays Batches:

- Mon. and Wed. (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

- Tue. and Fri. (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

o Weekend Batch

- Sat. and Sun. (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

· Eligibility: Must be 12th pass.

1. Documents to be prepared before Online application:

o Current passport size photograph in .jpeg format under 200kb

o Address proof in .pdf format (Voter ID card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License) under 500kb.

o 12th Passing Marksheet in .pdf format under 500kb.

o Signature of applicant in .jpg format under 100kb.

o Disadvantage of uploading any wrong contact number or email address will fall on the applicant.

o Those who upload duplicate application, their application will be considered cancelled.

2. Acknowledgment of payment of fees receipt will be sent through email till 9th June 2023.

Rules and Regulations

1. Fee Refunds will not be granted.

- Fees are refundable only if the classes are cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

2. Certificates will be provided ONLY AS A SOFT COPY. Hard copies will not be provided.

3. Communication / bridge language will be English only during the class time. Lack of understanding of English will affect their understanding in the classes, so good understanding of English language is mandatory.

4. No backup class will be provided in case of absence.

5. Semester schedules cannot be changed according to the students' convenience during the course.

6. Exams will be held on a fixed date and time.

7. Scholarships will be provided to the students as per the rules. This scholarship is only applicable on tuition fee.

8. Showing disrespect of any kind to the teachers or KCCI staff will result in expulsion from the Institute.

9. Students will have to pay a fine if they damage any property of the Korean Cultural Centre India. Fine amount will depend on the amount of damage.

10. On KCCI Holidays, KCCI will be closed, and no classes or club activities will be held.

11. Students must abide with the general discipline of KCCI which might be changed from time to time.

12. Rights of admission in KCCI Premises are reserved with KCCI.
