We are excited to announce the admissions for Beginner-Level Korean Language Classes for the 2nd Semester. 

Please carefully read all the details, schedules, and important guidelines before applying.

*Submitting the form does NOT guarantee admission. Selection is on a first-come-first-served basis. 

• ● Fee Structure

ﾷ Tuition Fee: ₹8,000

ﾷ Book Fee: ₹

• ●Semester Details

ﾷ Duration: 16 weeks (2025.05.17~ 2025.08.30)

ﾷ Mode: Offline (Weekdays only)

ﾷ Eligibility: Minimum qualification – 12th Pass

• ● Documents Required (Before Applying)

1.   Recent passport-size photo (.jpeg, under 200 KB)

2.   Valid Address Proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License – .pdf, under 500 KB)

3.   12th Marks Sheet (.pdf, under 500 KB)

4.   Signature (.jpg, under 100 KB)

• ●Important Guidelines

ﾷ Submission of the form does not guarantee admission.

ﾷ Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.

ﾷ Do not submit multiple applications – duplicates will be cancelled automatically.

ﾷ Double-check your details before submitting. Incorrect email or phone number may lead to disqualification.

ﾷ All required documents must be uploaded in correct format and size.

ﾷ Fees are non-refundable, except if the course is cancelled by KCCI due to unavoidable circumstances.

ﾷ No refunds will be granted for personal reasons like change of mind or missed classes, etc.

ﾷ Certificates will be provided only in soft copy format. No hard copies will be issued.

ﾷ The medium of instruction is English. A good understanding of English is mandatory.

ﾷ No backup classes will be provided in case of absence.

ﾷ Class timings and semester schedules are fixed and cannot be changed as per individual convenience.

ﾷ Exams will be conducted on fixed dates and times. No rescheduling will be allowed.

ﾷ Scholarships (on tuition fees only) may be awarded as per KCCI’s rules and availability.

ﾷ Any form of disrespect or indiscipline toward teachers or KCCI staff will lead to immediate expulsion.

ﾷ Damaging KCCI property will result in a fine. The fine amount will depend on the damage caused.

ﾷ KCCI will be closed on official holidays. No classes or club activities will take place on those days.

ﾷ Students must maintain general discipline during the course. Rules may be updated from time to time.

ﾷ KCCI reserves the right of admission and may update guidelines without prior notice.
