Korean Cultural Centre India Exhibition Application Guideline [English]
The Korean Cultural Centre India (KCCI) invites applications from Artists, Galleries, and Cultural Organization and other Art Practitioners for the Exhibition Proposal Contest 2020. Exhibition Proposal is not limited to any art form and can include Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Architecture, Crafts, Design and New Media. Through this KCCI hopes to become a hub of dynamic Cultural Exchange between Indian and Korean as well as South Asia Contemporary Art Scene. Each applicant can choose one of the categories based on qualifications mentioned below and the application must to be submitted no later than 30th March 2020(Monday).

Terms and Conditions:
· Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
· Please note that the Exhibition grant is essentially a
monetary support to the chosen recipients apart from providing an exhibition
venue at Korean Cultural Centre India. The grantees will need to oversee all
aspects of the exhibition in terms of travel, planning, production (poster, leaflet etc.), installation, uninstallation, programming
etc.
· Short-listed applicants may be asked to submit further
details on their project anytime during the selection process.
· The project should be feasible in terms of costs and
scale, should meet the dates set in the timeline. The time period for KCCI to
host the exhibition will be between July 2020 to June 2021. The chosen
applicants shall discuss with KCCI to arrive at a mutually satisfactory period
to host the six-week exhibition within the proposed time period.
· KCCI has the right to disqualify any proposal that it
deems as offensive to cultural, social or religious sentiments, as well as
projects that fall short of public safety requirements. The decision to support
projects is entirely at KCCI’s discretion.
