We hope all of you are safe and healthy.

With a hope to see many new faces in the 2nd Semester of 2022, we are announcing a new batch of Korean Language Class, for the beginner level, which shall be completely held in the offline mode.

Please read the guidelines and the rules and regulations very carefully.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Application: 12th July 2022 (Tuesday), 9:00 a.m. onwards

The application will be done based on the first come first serve basis. The forms shall automatically close once the interview seats get full. Please check the information below for the same.

The links shall be activated on 12th July 2022, Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.

5. Fees Payment:

26th July 2022 (Tuesday) ~ 31st July 2022 (Sunday)

Details shall be sent to all the selected students via email.

*Waiting List candidate: In case any seat is available after the admission process is complete, you will receive the phone call from KCCI office on 1st August 2022 (Monday) between 2pm~5pm and will be asked to deposit the fee.

(Responsibility of receiving the phone call will be totally on the waiting list candidates).

*Decision of selection of candidates by KCCI will be final and no communication will be entertained for this.

Guidelines for Beginner Batch Admission

 Semester Duration: 6th September 2022 – 11th February 2023(23 weeks)

 Mode of instruction: Offline mode

 Fee Structure: Tuition fees 15,000 INR (only NEFT payment mode).

 Book Fees: 2,600 INR (only NEFT payment mode).

Bank details will be sent to the selected students only.

 Class Timings:

• Weekdays Batches: Tue. and Thu. (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

• Weekend Batches: Sat. and Sun. (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)

 Eligibility: Must be 12th pass.

2. Documents to be prepared before Online application:

• Current passport size photograph in .jpeg format under 200kb

• Address proof in .pdf format (Voter ID card or Passport or Aadhaar Card or Driving License) under 500kb.

• 12th Passing Marksheet in .pdf format under 500kb.

• Signature of applicant in .jpg format under 100kb.

• Disadvantage of uploading any wrong contact number or email address will fall on the applicant.

• Those who upload duplicate application, their application will be considered cancelled.

3. Acknowledgment of Payment of fees receipt will be sent through email till August end.

Rules and Regulations

1. Fee Refunds will not be granted.

: Fees are refundable only if the classes are cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

2. To pass the level, following are the conditions-

: Must appear in all the exams.

: 70% Average score of all the exams.

: 50% Minimum attendance.

3. Attendance Rules:

: Attendance will be counted for whole semester.

: 3 times late coming / early going will be considered as 1 absent.

4. Communication / bridge language will be English only during the class time. Lack of understanding of English will affect their understanding in the classes, so good understanding of English language is mandatory.

5. No back up class will be provided in case of absence.

6. Semester schedules cannot be changed according to the students' convenience during the course.

7. Exams will be held on a fixed date and time.

8. Scholarships will be provided to the students as per the rules. This scholarship is only applicable on tuition fee.

9. Students will be considered for opportunities by their teachers based on their behavior and their academic performance.

10. Showing disrespect of any kind to the teachers or KCCI staff will result in expulsion from the Institute.

11. Students will have to pay a fine if they damage any property of the Korean Cultural Centre India. Fine amount will depend on the amount of damage.

12. On KCCI Holidays, KCCI will be closed, and no classes or club activities will be held.

13. Students must abide with the general discipline of KCCI which might be changed from time to time.

14. Rights of admission in KCCI Premises are reserved with KCCI.
