  • 1.INTRODUCTION:

Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is a quasi-governmental organization operating under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea. KOCCA works to promote the Korean Wave (Hallyu) and Korean culture (K-Content) across India and South Asia, and supports the export of Korean content to these regions.

  • 2.JOB TITLE: Marketing & PR Manager (L3)

 

  • 3.LOCATION: KOCCA Office Gurugram (Time Tower, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Sector 28)

 

  • 4.WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

 

 

  • 5.JOB OVERVIEW:

  • (a)Support matchmaking and business promotion within the Korean content industry

  • (b)Assist in planning, implementing and executing K-Culture (Hallyu) business plans and promotional activities across India

  • (c)Network, liaise and establish partnerships with government and private sector stakeholders

  • (d)Assist in accounting, administrative and operational support for KOCCA India Business Centre

  • (e)Conduct market research, analysis and prepare reports

  • (f)Manage social media channels and online presence of KOCCA India

 

  • 6.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Marketing & PR

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of monthly promotional events and public campaigns.

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, paid advertisements, and coordination with media outlets.

  • Support the creation and management of promotional materials such as brochures, corporate introductions, videos, and website content.

  • Conduct market research, prepare analytical reports, and support content marketing and business planning.

  • Facilitate content industry business matching and local networking activities.

  • Plan and operate Korean Wave (Hallyu) projects and events in collaboration with local partners.

  • Assist in managing the daily operations and general maintenance of the Business Centre, including oversight of maintenance, floor staff supervision, facility inspections, and safety and security controls.

  • Support the planning and execution of interior renovations (remodelling), including coordination with designers and supervision of construction work.

  • Monitor and ensure proper supply, operation, and maintenance of all systems and infrastructure within the Business Centre.

  • Provide administrative support for accounting, documentation, and other operational matters related to business promotion.

  • Coordinate and support committee meetings and events with external partners and stakeholders.

 

 

  • 7.REQUIREMENTS:

 

(a)  Indian citizens and residents only

(b)  Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree. Preference will be given to candidates with Master’s or PhD / postgraduate

(c)  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Korean TOPIK Level 5 or 6 will be considered an added advantage)

(d)  Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience (however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)

(e)  Required skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, basics of accounting, strong research and management abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(f)  Strong interest in and exposure to the Korean content industry and culture, with the ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a Korean working environment

(g)  Must be ready to commence work immediately

 

 

  • 8.SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, in accordance with KOCCA India’s internal policies.

  • 10.HOLIDAYS: National Holidays (26th January, 15th August, 2nd October), Additional holidays as designated by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in India

  • (a)Submitted documents will not be returned, and the recruitment process may be cancelled if any information provided is found to be untrue or inconsistent with the facts.

  • (b)The final recruitment decision shall rest solely at the discretion of KOCCA, and no claims will be accepted in the event that no candidate is selected or if an applicant does not meet the required criteria.

  • (c)The results of the document review and interview will be notified individually by email. Even after passing the interview stage, the offer of employment may be withdrawn if any disqualification, misrepresentation, or discrepancy is discovered.
