  • Registration Period:
    21 April 2025 (10:00 AM) to 23 April 2025 (10:00 AM)   : First-come, first-served basis.

  •  Applicants must fill in all details correctly. Submitting  the form does not guarantee registration. Only those who receive a confirmation email from KCCI are considered successfully registered.

  • Payment Details:
    Payment instructions will be sent only to confirmed applicants. Do not make any payment unless you receive the confirmation email. Payments from unconfirmed applicants will not be refunded.

  • Note for Applicants with Disabilities:
    A valid medical certificate is required.

Due to a cancellation request from Manipur University, the 101st TOPIK Exam will not be conducted in Manipur this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

About the TOPIK Exam:

TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) is designed to measure the Korean language ability of non-native speakers. It assesses reading, writing, and listening.


The exam is managed by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), 

under the Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea.




Exam Structure:

  • TOPIK I (Level 1-2)
    Listening: 30 questions (100 points)
    Reading: 40 questions (100 points)
    Total: 200 points


  • TOPIK II (Level 3-6)
    1st Session – Listening: 50 questions (100 points)
    1st Session – Writing: 4 questions (100 points)
    2nd Session – Reading: 50 questions (100 points)
    Total: 300 points


Passing Marks:

  • TOPIK I
    Level 1: 80 points
    Level 2: 140 points


  • TOPIK II
    Level 3: 120 points
    Level 4: 150 points
    Level 5: 190 points
    Level 6: 230 points


Exam Schedule:


  • TOPIK I
    Session: Listening + Reading
    Entrance Time: 09:10 AM
    Start Time: 09:40 AM
    End Time: 11:20 AM
    Duration: 100 minutes


  • TOPIK II
    1st Session – Listening + Writing
    Entrance Time: 12:20 PM
    Start Time: 12:50 PM
    End Time: 2:40 PM
    Duration: 110 minutes

2nd Session – Reading
Start Time: 3:10 PM
End Time: 4:20 PM
Duration: 70 minutes



  • Result Announcement:
    21st August 2025 

          (Available at www.topik.go.kr)



  • Documents Required for Registration:

           - Recent passport-size photo (.jpg, under 200KB)

           - Signature (.jpg, under 100KB)

           - Valid ID: Passport, Aadhar, Voter ID, etc. (.jpg, under 200KB)
           - Must include photo, date of birth, and name. ID must not be expired.



  • Important Notes:

           - Incorrect information will result in cancellation.

           - Do not submit the form more than once or for two locations at the same time.

           - If payment details do not match the form, registration will be canceled.

           - If payment is not made after confirmation, registration will be canceled.

           - Confirmation email is required for final registration.

           - No refunds will be provided.

           - Check your email regularly (including spam folder) after submitting the form.

           - Multiple submissions (using different emails, phone numbers, or DOB formats) are strictly prohibited and will result in penalties. Submit only once with accurate details.



  • Other Notes:

           - Errors made by applicants will not be corrected.

           - To apply for both TOPIK I and II, submit separate forms.

           - Successful applicants will receive ID slip and exam details via email.

           - No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

           - Exam centers cannot be changed after submission.

           - The exam will be held only at the notified centers.
