Korean Cultural Centre India, and Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BCIHMCT) presents Korean Culinary Challenge where the knowledge and skills of budding chefs, Korean foodies and cooking enthusiasts across the country will be evaluated through online and offline mode (hybrid mode) presentation of authentic, innovative Korean Food recipes.

Contest Schedule:

1st Round(ONLINE): Send Video Entries to KCCI at register@koreanculture.in along with your Name, Address, Phone number

• ●1st Round Dates - 26th August 2022 ~11 September 2022

• ●Video Duration - 5 minutes

• ●Result Announcement for 1st Round- 15th September 2022

• ●Selection Criteria- Best 10 videos from each category selected by BCIHMCT Chefs Team

2nd Round(ONLINE): Selection of best 5 videos from each category for the 3rd and Final Round.

• ●2nd Round Dates- 15th September ~ 30th September 2022

• ●Result Announcement for 2nd Round- 30th September 2022

• ●Selection Criteria- Best 5 videos from each category will be selected based on counts of likes and views of the video on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.

Final Round(OFFLINE): Shortlisted candidates will compete in the BCIHMCT Kitchen for the final round of Korean Culinary Competition.
