Experiential Program by Korean Cultural Centre India

Greetings from Korean Cultural Centre India!

 

We are recruiting volunteers and participants for a Korean traditional experience event hosted by Korean Cultural Centre India at the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi.

 

This event will offer the opportunity to experience various aspects of traditional culture of Korea like making Paper Lotus Flowers, Paper Beads, Woodblock-painting, and Coloring Fans. 

 

Through this event, we hope to encourage participants to understand, learn and appreciate the traditional culture of Korea.

 

We are recruiting interested participants program through this link: https://forms.gle/geLaK4kRByLkcM9J7. The link will open on Friday, 17th March 2023 at 9:30 am.

 

For participants, please note:

  • As there are limited seats in the venue, we will select 30 participants for each time slot you will be allowed to attend the program only if you have received a confirmation email from KCCI.

  • Please make sure you fill out your email address correctly in the google form as that will be our main form of communication.

  • To ensure fairness, we will be selecting the first 30 people that pick a certain time slot to participate in the event.

  • All confirmed participants will be sent an email regarding the detailed address and time of the event.

You are requested to select only the time and day you can come as you will be allowed to only select ONE time slot.

 

To make this event a success, we require 8-10 sincere volunteers who will work with us from March 22nd to 25th. As a volunteer, you will help teach, present, and run the experiential program gaining program management and Korean culture knowledge and experience.

 

For volunteers, please note:

  • You will be required to come volunteer from the 22nd – 25th of March.

  • More information regarding the timings and address will be shared with you once you are selected for the volunteer position.

  • Volunteers are integral for the success of this program; hence, we need sincere individuals who can commit their time and effort to this program.

  • Volunteers will receive certificates for their time and effort.

  • Volunteers do not need to have any previous work experience.

  • Only selected applicants will be contacted.
