Korean Language certificate program course will soon begin at IGNOU

We are glad to announce that Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will soon begin its Certificate programme course in Korean language in collaboration with Korean Cultural Centre India, Embassy of the Republic of Korea to be available in all regions through respective regional centres.
The certificate programme will be integrated in nature and the study material along with audio/visual learning content will be provided to all learners. This is the only programme in the country which is developed in the Open and Distance Learning mode (ODL mode) with expertise given by the the Korean Cultural Centre India.
To commemorate this great feat, a delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea visited IGNOU and met Prof. S B Arora, Vice Chancellor of IGNOU. Mr. Kim Kum Pyoung, Director of Korean Cultural Centre India thanked Prof. S B Arora for the support the University has extended for the development of Korean Language programme. Further details regarding the exact commencement of the course will be announced soon.
