c. How to register
1) Submit the following documents for submission
- Registration form(available at KCC reception desk, application form: Download (Click Here)
- Photocopy of ID(voter ID, Passport, Driving license, Aadhar card etc.)
- Photocopy of address proof
- One passport-size color photograph
- Photocopy of Payment proof
2) Where to submit the application: KCC reception or KCC registration email at info@koreanculture.in
3) Fee Payment: NEFT or RTGS (Bank transaction)

d. Issue of Membership card: Two weeks after submitting all the required documents with payment proof.
2. Benefits of member
a. Using the library facilities
1) Taking any seat inside the library & renting service(books & DVDs)
2) Using the photocopy machine(up to 10 pages per day)

c. Providing Wi-Fi passwords and using the Centre’s facilities & items
1) Centre Facilities: Basement auditorium, Basement sports room, Basement wooden floor, and Class/Seminar rooms. (Which will be chargeable; charges are mentioned on the form)

3. General Rules
KCCI General Rules & Regulations.
a. Entry will be open to members/visitors and Students of the Cultural class with their membership cards. KCCI premises will be accessible to members till the library (1st floor) (entering the 2nd floor is strictly prohibited).
b. Limited entry will be open to the visitors with the invitation card of the KCCI events or to have official appointments with KCCI officers.
c. Visitors are requested to show their ID proof, fill out the visitor record (at the entry), and wear the visitor card, which will be provided by the Centre. The visitor card should be returned at the time of exit.
d. The member can bring a maximum of 3 guests to the Centre. The accompanying people of the member can be allowed after providing contact details at the entrance for security and safety reasons.
e. Entry is free for all people with Korean nationality.
f. For security reasons, all the carry bags and items are supposed to undergo security checks by guards.
g. The Centre will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal possessions or items in the Centre.
h. In the case of the loss of a membership card, a written request must be submitted to have a new card issued. A new card can be issued on payment of 300 rupees.membership card lost application form Download (Click Here)
i. The membership card can be used by the person himself.
j. The inside parking lot is accessible to staff only.
k. Outside eatables are not allowed inside the Centre. (Personal meal box and drinking water, except liquor, are permitted.) The eating area is the Secret Garden only, 1st floor.
l. Members can only use the facilities by reporting to the staff. The application form needs to be filled out and submitted. (Available at the reception desk, KCCI homepage, http://india.korean-culture.org/).
In case of more than two people and more than an hour, the application form needs to be submitted.
Note: Facilities are subject to availability.
m. Damage or loss of the centre facilities or items can lead to a fine or having to pay for the damage.
n. The Centre will not take responsibility for the accident of the children accompanied with or without parents.
o. Pets are not allowed inside the Centre.
p. Smoking is not permitted within the KCCI premises. The whole building is tobacco-free.
q. Maintain silence while being on the premises.
r. KCCI has ZERO TOLERANCE towards any SEXUAL HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION.
s. Showing disrespect to the KCCI staff will result in expulsion from the membership.
t. KCCI can take proper internal and external disciplinary or legal actions for any violence regarding the above-mentioned rules.
